Our Warm Homes Suffolk (HUG2) funding is currently closed for new applications however we will aim to offer a warm homes survey to look at any possible support and signpost you to other funding routes.

The Warm Homes Healthy People Team is part of the Private Sector Housing Team at East Suffolk Council and provides funding and support to all eligible households across Suffolk.

We are currently experiencing an extremely high volume of enquiries, which is causing a delay to our response times. However, please be assured that we are responding to enquiries in the order of receipt whilst prioritising those most vulnerable. We will contact you within four weeks.
