You may be eligible if your home has an EPC rating of D, E, F or G - check your rating here.
These grants are for people who (or landlords whose tenants) meet one of the following criteria:
Your gross (pre-tax) household income is under than £36,000
You live in a pre-eligible postcode - check your postcode here
Please visit GOV.UK - Apply for the Warm Homes Local Grant if you meet criteria 1 or 2.
You or someone in your household receive a means-tested benefit (excluding lodgers or those in full time education).
You have a severe or long-term health condition, which is adversely affected by living in a cold home and is a cardiovascular condition, a respiratory disease, limited mobility or immunosuppression.
Please apply via the form below if you meet criteria 3 or 4.
You will need to provide evidence of eligibility for your household. This is to prove you meet our eligibility criteria. Examples of evidence include bank statements (for all accounts), benefit statement, payslips, and proof of address, such as bill statements or council tax letters.
