Our Contractors

The companies are operating across Suffolk, and all have the appropriate certification for the work that needs doing, including Trustmark, MCS and PAS.
Warm Homes Local Grant (WHLG)
We use the following companies (who may also sub-contract work):
WarmPro Group - Warm Pro is a principal contractor delivering high-quality, energy solutions throughout the UK. It focuses on quality of service whilst improving the lives of clients by creating better environments in which to work, live and learn.
Cornerstone (East Anglia) Limited - Cornerstone is an experienced East Anglia–based contractor specialising in domestic retrofit and energy-efficiency improvements for existing homes. It combines practical expertise with high standards of workmanship to deliver compliant, effective upgrades that make homes warmer, safer and more energy efficient.
EDF Energy - EDF brings a well-established team and extensive experience in the management and delivery of low carbon housing schemes that work for residents and the environment. It provides an end-to-end solution covering everything from identifying funding sources to delivering and securing zero carbon solutions for your properties.
LMF Energy Services - LMF Energy Services are a delivery partner operating across energy efficiency, renewables and large-scale Programmes. Supporting homes and organisations to reduce energy costs, improve performance, and move towards a more sustainable future.
TSG Building Services plc - TSG Building Services plc is an experienced mechanical and renewable energy contractor delivering PAS2035-compliant energy efficiency and low-carbon installations across the UK. Working to TrustMark and MCS standards, we support local authorities and homeowners in delivering high-quality, fabric-first retrofit solutions that improve EPC ratings and reduce fuel bills.

YES Energy Solutions – YES Energy Solutions is a trusted provider of energy efficiency services across the UK. It specializes in helping households access government-backed schemes and funding to improve home energy performance. Their mission is to make homes warmer, greener, and more affordable by guiding customers through the eligibility process and delivering tailored solutions that reduce energy bills and carbon emissions.
YES are working in partnership with Warm Homes Suffolk and will check applications against the eligibility criteria. All grant applications must be made through Warm Homes Suffolk. Find out more about how we determine eligibility.
ECOFLEX Onboarded companies for GBIS/ECO - closing December 2026
The following companies have onboarded with Suffolk councils to provide retrofit services to residents.
IHI Ltd - A leading insulation and heating installer within the energy efficiency industry. The leadership team at IHI LTD have over 10 years’ experience with delivering ECO Schemes and assisting homeowners/private tenants with installing home improvements.
